We predominantly source high-quality cotton from the U.S., verified for sustainability through partnerships like the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol. Additionally, we source a portion of cotton from global farms aligned with the Better Cotton Initiative to support worldwide sustainable agriculture. For polyester, we emphasize the use of recycled materials to decrease our reliance on virgin polyester, helping to conserve resources and reduce environmental impact.
Ethical and Sustainable Manufacturing
Our manufacturing partners are required to hold certifications from Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (W.R.A.P.), ensuring they adhere to the highest standards for labor rights, environmental practices, and safety. Our facilities utilize renewable energy sources, including solar power and biomass steam energy, which are integral to reducing our carbon footprint and enhancing our energy efficiency.
Eco-Conscious Fabric Processing
Our dyeing processes are carefully managed to minimize environmental impact. We use bluesign-certified dyes to ensure safety and sustainability in our coloring processes. Our facilities are equipped with water recycling systems that reduce water use and pollution, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices.
Quality Control and Ethical Assembly
We maintain strict quality control and ethical standards in our assembly processes, which take place in the U.S., Central America, and the Caribbean. By overseeing all production stages, from yarn spinning to finished garments, we ensure each product meets our standards of excellence and supports fair labor practices.
Sustainable Packaging and Efficient Distribution
